Meet the Shorelings — a wonderfully weird bunch of handmade clay creatures, each with a personality of their own. Sculpted by ceramic artist John O’Brien, glazed with personality, and fired into something completely their own. No two are ever exactly alike.
Eloise Petalflip

Eloise Petalflip has the energy of someone who lives in a permanent state of joyful distraction. Her thoughts don’t walk — they cartwheel. She’s bubbly, whimsical, and always halfway through being delighted by something only she noticed.
Her mind flips through ideas the way petals tumble in a breeze — bright, messy, unpredictable, and somehow always charming. When she gets excited (which is often), her whole presence feels like a tiny celebration.
She’s the friend who forgets what she was saying because she just spotted something “important” in the sky. She’s the creature who laughs at her own thoughts before explaining them. She’s the one who brings color into a room simply by existing.
Eloise Petalflip is a one-of-a-kind handmade stoneware creature sculpture, wheel-thrown and hand-sculpted into its own unique form. Each piece begins on the pottery wheel, then is individually shaped and detailed by hand before being kiln-fired for strength and character.
No molds are ever used, ensuring that every creature is completely original—no two are ever the same.
