Daire behaves like he’s receiving secret instructions from somewhere only he can see. With three eyes, he claims each one has a different job: one for spotting trouble, one for causing it, and one for pretending he didn’t do either. He takes everything literally except the things he shouldn’t, and he’ll argue with the wind if it changes direction too quickly.

He has this habit of announcing ‘important discoveries’ that make sense only to him, like declaring a pebble to be ‘in charge now’ or insisting the shore is whispering gossip. Daire isn’t chaotic on purpose — he just follows whatever bizarre internal logic he’s convinced is obvious to everyone else. And honestly? Sometimes he’s right.

Daire Rootworry is a one-of-a-kind handmade stoneware creature sculpture, wheel-thrown and hand-sculpted into its own unique form. Each piece begins on the pottery wheel, then is individually shaped and detailed by hand before being kiln-fired for strength and character.

No molds are ever used, ensuring that every creature is completely original—no two are ever the same.
