He has a habit of collecting smooth stones and bits of shell as he walks, turning them over in his hands like old thoughts he’s not quite finished with. Breen is patient with the tides, never rushing them, but he’s quick to act when something along the shore needs tending. He trusts his instincts more than anything; if the waves shift in a way that feels wrong, he’s already moving before others notice. There’s a quiet resilience to him, a sense that he’s weathered more than he lets on, yet he still greets each day with a calm curiosity. Breen Driftstone is a one-of-a-kind handmade stoneware creature sculpture, wheel-thrown and hand-sculpted into its own unique form. Each piece begins on the pottery wheel, then is individually shaped and detailed by hand before being kiln-fired for strength and character.
